My name is Jim Scantland I lived in Murfreesboro TN for 30 years until I sold my home I lost my wife in Nov 2017 and The home we made together was to large for 1 person and needs paint inside and out and I didn’t have the ambition to do the work because of all the memories. I had a reality co try to sell our place and had no luck. Ed’s assistant call me and made a appointment to meet and visit the property Ed and I talked about all the things about the property that day and over the next few days I made a good decision to let him sell my home over the next few weeks he had several folks to look at the property and finally a young couple decided to purchase the home at the asking price. Ed is a good guy to work with he seems to be very professional and very knowledgeable I had only good experience with the gentleman I’m very pleased with the results can I give him five stars out of five stars if you want somebody to sell your home I would definitely recommend him he did a great job for me and if the need arises I would definitely use him again
We had a house that needed to be sold quickly. We tried to sell it the traditional way by using a real estate agent but learned that we would be getting less than what we needed from the sale. We then decided to go the home investor route to sell the house. We held a two-hour open house on Saturday at the property for interested investors. Ed Zamora was one of them. While each investor was given a deadline for their offers, Ed got back to us in less than 24-hours with an offer that would work for us. He told us that the amount of the offer would be exactly what we would walk away with. He also offered closing services for us as well. We had a specific date that we wanted to close (much earlier than the initial closing date), and Ed made that happen. The whole process from accepting the offer to closing was very easy. We would highly recommend Ed Zamora to take care of your home selling needs.
